Ads Monitor is the platform TINA ATELIER S.R.L. uses to manage its Facebook and Instagram campaigns and to confirm cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp. We use it every day in our own online stores and are preparing it for other e-commerce businesses.

Two modules, one workspace
Ads Monitor only works with the business assets a client explicitly connects. We do not sell data, we do not use it for other accounts, and nothing is published without the client's action or the rules the client has set.
Meta campaign management
Facebook and Instagram, through the Meta Marketing API
- Daily report of spend, orders and cost per order, by product and campaign.
- Launching campaigns, ad sets and ads from templates approved by the team.
- Uploading images and videos created by the team as ad creatives.
- Adjusting budgets and pausing ads that exceed cost thresholds set by the client.
- Telegram notifications and approvals before significant changes.
Every budget or status change is logged with time and reason. The client can remove the connection at any time from Meta Business settings.
WhatsApp order confirmation
WhatsApp Business Platform, for cash-on-delivery orders
- Confirmation message sent right after checkout, with items and total.
- Quick-reply buttons: confirm, change or cancel.
- Automatic update of the order status in the online store.
- Shipping and delivery notifications with the tracking number.
- Related offers only for customers who opted in to promotional messages.
Customers can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. Promotional messages are kept separate from order messages.
How order confirmation works
Messages are only sent to people who placed an order and gave their phone number for WhatsApp updates.
The customer places an order
At checkout they tick the option to receive updates on WhatsApp.
They get a confirmation message
A Meta-approved template with order number, items, total and address.
They tap a button
Confirm, ask for a change or cancel. They can also write to the team.
The order is updated
Confirmed orders go to shipping. Cancelled orders are not shipped.
