WhatsApp messages about your order

How you opt in

At checkout, next to the phone number field, you see these options (shown to customers in Romanian):

☐ I want to receive my order confirmation and delivery updates on WhatsApp from sigurantaintrafic.

☐ I want to receive offers and product recommendations on WhatsApp from sigurantaintrafic. I can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.

The two options are separate. You can receive order confirmations without receiving offers.

Messages you receive

About your order (first option)

cash-on-delivery order confirmation with buttons to confirm, change or cancel;
a shipping notice with the tracking number;
a notice that delivery is scheduled or that the courier could not reach you.

You usually receive 2–4 messages per order.

Promotional (second option only)

products related to what you ordered, with a time-limited discount;
at most 4 promotional messages per month.

How to stop messages

reply STOP to stop all messages, or STOP OFERTE to stop offers only;
block or report the number directly in WhatsApp;
email us at armando@sigurantaintrafic.com.

Opt-outs are processed immediately and automatically.

Who is messaging you

Messages are sent on behalf of the store you ordered from, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, using Ads Monitor, a platform operated by TINA ATELIER S.R.L. See our Privacy Policy for data details.
